21North provides pickup and drop facility for diverse vehicle assistance needs like vehicle servicing, doorstep test drive and vehicle delivery, roadside assistance, etc. We cater these services to the organizations that partner with us for their diverse vehicle assistance needs. Through our technology, our partner companies, as well as their customers (vehicle owners), can utilise our services. The 21North Ambassador Application is used by the drivers that fulfil the mentioned pickup and drop tasks. The application is to be used by a CLOSE USER GROUP (CUG) who are employed by the organization. The concerned Application requires permission for accessing the users location in the background to enable the users (drivers) to deliver convenient, accurate and seamless service to the companys clients (vehicle owners and partner organizations).

The purpose of the application is to enable the 21North Ambassadors to view and accept bookings, make and answer cloud calls from vehicle owners for coordination, navigate to the pickup/ drop location and raise tickets if they face any issues in executing their tasks. The application is a medium for the Ambassadors to efficiently manage and execute the tasks assigned to them.
